The Retreat
OBJECTIVE:
Provide a platform for entrepreneurs — including first-gen founders or later-gen family business scions — that experience a life-changing liquidity event because of successful company-building (recently or even years ago) to come together for shared reflection and peer learning, thus honing the impact and purpose of their next phase.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Sessions led by experts and peers who have gone through those stages, with a mix of peer-to-peer discussions, immersive coaching and experiential group interactions
Plenty of opportunities to connect and mingle with like-minded entrepreneurs, bounce your ideas and feelings, (re)connect with yourself, clear your mind and plan your next steps, in line with your sense of purpose

- Explore your life-story and key milestones so far
- Think through your needs, sense of purpose and their evolution
- Clarify and potentially get guidance on your aspirations and prepare for the future
Theme 2 – Building your legacy : strategic wealth management that serves your purpose
- Discuss effective ways to preserve and build wealth: integrate your personal, family, business & philanthropic goals
- Share best practices of balancing inter-generational transfers, family wealth and commitments to society
- Explore philanthropy and impact investing as potential components of your wealth planning
Theme 3 – Explore opportunities for action on planet and societal sustainability
- Share your views on how your actions and the actions of your peers will impact the world we live in today and for future generations
- Reflect on what it means to you to have vibrant, prosperous & resilient human communities
Theme 4 – Reflection & action on your next chapters
- Craft your personal roadmap which is unique to your values and vision and serves your purpose
- Join and grow a cohesive and supportive peer community
Dinner and Celebration – PEER graduation time!
Participants
Up to 20 successful entrepreneurs who have exited (or plan to exit in the medium term) the company they founded or co-founded. Later generation business scions and investors who have had a successful financial exit are equally invited to participate.
Entrepreneurs who embrace benevolence and possess a genuine willingness to advance their journey as a force for good in business and society.
Entrepreneurs of all countries, industries, genders, seniority and size of business exited are welcome.
