Jayesh Parekh

Jayesh Parekh is a venture capital investor, an entrepreneur, an author and an advisor. He is currently a Manager Partner at Good Protein Fund, a venture capital firm with a mission to remove animals from the global food ecosystem by investing in alternative protein startups. Previously, he was a Managing Partner at Jungle Ventures, one of South Asia’s largest venture capital firms, and the co-founder of Sony Entertainment Television, a joint venture of Sony Pictures Entertainment. Early in his career, he spent over 12 years at IBM in various technical and sales positions based in Houston and Singapore, and was led the company’s expansion into the Indian market. Jayesh is the author of “What Shall We Do With All This Money? Inspiring Perspectives on Wealth”. The book offers important insights on money using life journeys of successful individuals as examples. He is also an advisor to many entrepreneurs and investors, and serves as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at INSEAD. He has a B.E. degree from University of Baroda and M.S degree from The University of Texas, Austin, both in electrical engineering. Jayesh lives in Singapore.
