Kate combines over twenty years’ in leadership coaching with an outstanding track record of success as a senior executive.
Kate was the first female – and youngest – International General Manager at Diageo.
It was in this role that Kate developed an interest in the psychology of the working environment. Post her corporate career Kate trained in psychology and in particular neuropsychology.
Kate focuses on the power of modern neuroscience for releasing latent brain potential at work. Kate Lanz is Founder and CEO of Mindbridge, an executive coaching and business performance consultancy specialising in applied neuroscience.
She continues ongoing doctoral research into brain gender difference in business. She has a wide variety of clients, from hedge funds to multinationals in Singapore, Beijing, South and Central America, the USA, the Middle East, Europe and the UK and is senior Coaching Faculty at INSEAD.
Kate’s recent book, All the Brains in the Business, explores how businesses can properly value brain gender difference at work.
