Nancy is Executive Director of the Rudolf and Valeria Maag INSEAD Centre for Entrepreneurship.  In addition to managing the team and programs across INSEAD’s three campuses, she actively builds relationships within the INSEAD entrepreneurship network, alumni community, external partners and donors.   She is also responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for the Maag Centre. A passionate cheerleader for INSEAD emerging entrepreneurs, she supports, advises and mentors early stage startups and is the co-founder of the INSEAD LaunchPad at STATION F, an accelerator for alumni-founded ventures. Prior to INSEAD, Nancy specialized in brand management and innovation for a global CPG leader.  Nancy started her career at UCLA Anderson, where she managed the UCLA Center for International Business Education and Research.  Born in Taiwan and raised in the U.S., Nancy and her Portuguese husband Paulo now live in France with their two young daughters.
